Unforgettable boat trips into the protected area are also offered from the port in Villasimius. For longer excursions by car, the island's capital, Cagliari, and Cape Carbonara are recommended. If you are interested in culture, we recommend a visit to the ruins around Villasimius, including a 1st-century Roman bath and a 14th-century medieval fortress.
