'The staff was phenomenal, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The hotel and casino was very clean and very well maintained. As older women we felt safe. I highly recommend staying here and enjoying everything they have to offer.'

'Enjoyed my stay. Staff was very helpful and nice. Conveniently located. I was at a conference at the Wild Horse Pass and this was a great access point for me at a great rate. I believe the star ratings could be higher. The bed was comfortable, room was nice and cold, did the job nicely!'

'They were in the midst of renovations, so they had plastic on hallway floors as walls were being painted, the ice machine did not work on my floor (missing as it was being replaced, had to go to front desk for ice), the outdoor jacuzzi did not work, outside had construction material everywhere. The gym floor was being done so I could not use the gym. I've stayed here before and have had a good experience but not so good this time. :-('

'Never stay there again nor will i recommended to anybody I know they do not have communication between staff.Obviously because death members tell you one thing.And then another staff member tells you another , and you end up paying for it in a great big cost cause they make mistakes and they run your card without your permission and try to blame you for something that they already took out. It's just a horrible place to be.'
