Hôtel près de Village of Hawks Park (Saratoga Springs)

« The hotel room was nice and quiet. The omelette guy was obnoxious and made everyone at breakfast feel uneasy with his loud screaming of names reagrding the omelettes he had completed. Clients in the breakfast are commented on how aggressive he was. After checking on my omelette 6 times, turns out someone else had grabbed it, and he never offered to make me a replacement. I was very frustrated, having waited about an hour. I would suggest a different system to label these omelettes so clients...

« Clean room. Nice staff. »

« I was very disappointed in our stay here. We have stayed with Hilton Garden Inn in the past and have only had one other bad experience in one hotel in California! Here are a few of our disappointments… •The beds in this hotel were very uncomfortable and the pillows on the beds were worn out, adding absolutely no support to your head while trying to sleep. •The sheets were cotton and scratchy. •The heater in the room sounded like an airplane taking off all night!! •Also the shower head in our...

« Breakfast service was dissapointing. »

We really liked that you were given a code to get into the building and then a code to get into your room, so you didn't have to check in at a desk. It was so streamline and...
