'William is a top host! He helped us with everything we mentioned. There are quite a lot of things in the object you wouldn’t be fine with, when you have to live there. As a temporary home it’s fair enough. The best thing was the big pool; they took care every second day I think. The kitchen equipment is rich, we didn’t miss anything. The BBQ place is not very inviting. The beds in the room downstairs make horrible noises when you move :-) . We will have it on our list for our next holiday(s)....

'Great house for a group, with plenty of space for everyone. Located in a quiet area but only a short walk to the beach and to the old town. 4 supermarkets nearby and an excellent wine shop. The pool, outdoor space and BBQ were great for socialising and the kitchen was well appointed and equipped for the number of guests.'

'Da wir L'Escala und die Umgebung schon von vorherigen Sommerurlauben kannten, hatten wir 2025 besonders genau gesucht. Dieses Ferienhaus ist uns dann aufgefallen und wurde auch sofort für 2 Wochen gebucht.Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Schlüsselübergabe liefen sehr freundlich und reibungslos ab. Flexibel wurde von William sogar noch auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.Beim Haus selbst hat uns vor allem der große Pool gefallen, der mit dunklen Mosaikfliesen gefliest ist, die das Wasser bereits auf eine...

'Met name de eerste week van ons verblijf met temp. Rond 27 graden en zonder buren waten fantastisch waarbij we ook meermaals mer onze fiets naar Banyules sur mer zijn gereden over de hoge bergweg. Avonds afkoelen in je eigen zwembadje was ook heerlijk.'

'Heel leuke vakantie gehad, ideaal huisje. Zwembad groot genoeg voor 4 personen. Op 5 minuten van het strand (met de auto) en toch rustig gelegen. Voor onze kinderen was het een klein nadeel dat het een 2 persoonsbed was. Zij hadden liever 2 aparte bedden. Ook handig dat je vooraan in de schaduw kan zitten om te eten. Voor herhaling vatbaar!'

'Nice house. Not very large with basic furniture. The kitchen is small but well equipped and has all you need to cook / bake for a large group. All rooms have airconditioning. There are different outdoor areas you can use so always a spot in the shade or sun. We enjoyed our stay!'

'Perfect voor 8 personen. Woning is voorzien van alle nodige zaken. Ideale ligging met parkeermogelijkheden. Contact met zowel het agentschap als met eigenaar verliep heel vlot en aangenaam. Voor herhaling vatbaar!'

'We verbleven er 2 weken. Een gezinsvakantie met in totaal 10 personen, in de leeftijd van midden 50 tot 2 jaar. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad maakt het nog extra compleet.De omgeving was fantastisch. Twee mooie stranden in de buurt en eindeloos veel om te ontdekken. '

'Heerlijk huis waar we met onze 2 zoons (20 en 17) 2 weken hebben doorgebracht. Het huis heeft 2 grote slaapkamers beneden en boven 4 x1 persoonsbedden. Rustige locatie, mooi strand op 20 minuten afstand. We hebben Gerona bezocht. We zijn naar het Dali museum geweest. Cultuur en natuur in overvloed. In het huis is een wasmachine, vaatwasser, oven etc.. Om het huis overal gezellige zitjes. Er is een dakterras, balkon, je kan bij de rivier zitten, naast het huis een overkapping waar je heerlijk kan...

"Het verblijf daar is goed, accommodatie sober, maar daar hebben wij geen erg aan. Alleen netheid ontbreekt het een en ander, ook moet er goed op de voorzieningen gelet worden, gelet op aantal personen, zoals aantal borden, bestek en noem maar op. Douchekop en regendouche moet jezelf schoonmaken en doorprikken om te kunnen douchen en er hangt een onaangenaamd rioollucht. Wij moeten ons eigen gereedschap meenemen, schandelijk. De tegels looppad naar de appartementen toe lagen gewoon los, waar je over kan struikelen en verwonden, zeer gevaarlijk. Wie is dan ervoor verantwoordelijk. RV hotel personeel zeer onvriendelijk als je hun belt. De stoelen en tafels dienen voorzien te worden van vilt, zodat er geen geluidoverlast door verschuiving ontstaat, zeer irritant, vooral in de avonduren. De appartementen zijn zeer gehorig. Mensen die honden bij zich hebben, laten hun dieren gewoon los over het grasveld, waar mensen op liggen, lopen, poepen en plassen. Er hangen wel borden, maar controle ontbreekt dus wat heb je daaraan. En slechte WIFI"
