The impressive COLONIAL house is a historic holiday villa located just a few kilometres from Salou and Port Aventura. This estate has great cultural value and was owned by the Gaudí family. On its 4 private hectares, guests can exclusively visit an intact refuge from the Spanish Civil War, which adds a unique historical element to their stay.

The estate has a large private pool, a beautiful garden, a tennis court and a children's playground. It also has an outdoor terrace with a barbecue area to enjoy outdoor meals. In the garden, there is a spacious 50m² glazed gym, where you can enjoy pleasant moments with family or friends. It also has private parking for several cars and free WiFi.

The house has been recently renovated and is fully equipped to offer maximum comfort. It is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, a beautiful dining table and a fully equipped independent kitchen with a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. There is also a double bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. On the upper floor, there is another living room with access to a beautiful terrace and a metal staircase leading to the roof. There is also a double suite-style bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, three double bedrooms with single beds in each and another full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
