Surrounded by the tranquility of Vila-sana, Ca l'Andorrà is a spacious country house for families and groups of up to 9 to relax and enjoy the calm of Lleida. Spread over 2 floors, the house offers a living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms (one in the garden), plus a large terrace for outdoor meals and a balcony. Amenities include Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (1 in the hall), washing machine, books, board games, cot, and 2 high chairs. There are fans but no air conditioning. The fireplace is decorative and not functional. Outside, enjoy shared spaces with guests from Petit Ca l'Andorrà: garden, barbecue, pool (open from June 22), multi-purpose court, and changing room. The property also has a third, fully independent unit with separate access, where the host's family lives, with no shared spaces with guests. Nearby, visit the restored Ivars and Vila-sana Lake, ideal for walks and birdwatching. Restaurants, shops, and an equestrian club are close by. Public transport is nearby. There are 4 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. The host can provide contacts for services such as breakfasts, airport or station transfers, guided tours, and horse riding, available for an extra fee.



Rules: No pets, smoking, parties, or celebrations of any kind. Breaching the no-smoking rule, especially leaving cigarette butts on the ground or in the garden, may result in an additional charge for extraordinary cleaning; quiet after 10 pm; no speakers or sound systems if music is audible outside, at any time indoors; no groups with members under 25; waste must be separated and removed. Bed linen and towels are provided at the start of your stay and are not changed. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 12 pm unless otherwise agreed. Any changes may incur an extra fee.
