nice 5 star hotel, with spacious rooms and fairly new. Hotel is situated at a nice plaza in the center of Vigo. I was only there for 1 night but enjoyed it.

The advertising is deceiving stating the hotel has a pool. The pool is associated with the spa and there is an additional charge of 30 euros per person for 1 hr of pool time. Also walls are thin and other guests were allowed to play loud music starting 3-4am.

Perfect place in the heart of Vigo. The SPA is really a big plus and the staff are top. The breakfast is a shame for a 5 star hotel. Cofeee from a machine, not real juice and the pastery was dry. If you go outside you will find better breakfast for half the price you will pay at the hotel.

This is a beautiful spa hotel with a fun pool. You must pay to use it ($25/person) even if you get services. We had a facial and a massage, which were both great. The rooms were very nice and had a large whirlpool tub for a relaxing bath. Their automatic blackout shades were great! It was very quiet and dark. We enjoyed a tasting menu dinner in their Michelin restaurant (Asador Las Abetos). We were referred to El Mosquito for a great dinner. We highly recommended a visit to this city if you are in the region.

Cuidado con la contratación en cualquier hotel por un error te cambian la reserva y en este imposible, se quedan con el dinero y tu a 2 velas además de pitorrearse de uno. Fantástico servicio de atención bal cliente, un poco altanera la chica.

FANTASTIC Central Hotel
Ideally located close to shops and restaurants with stunning views over the harbour. Onsite parking is a bonus and fair priced aswell. I stayed in a superior double and it was spacious, clean and modern. The bar and external seating area is pleasant and bright. The breakfast was amazing!! The staff are very polite and english is fantastic. Overall a fantastic hotel. My only grumble, looking to book on hotels.com it stated a swimming pool, which was perfect. Unfortunately, only to find out at the hotel it was an extra. I didnt read the small print right at the bottom stating extra charge, i assumed it was free as it was under facilities. Now, paying £130.00 a night i would expect full use of the facilities, not the 25 EURO charge per hour to use a swimming pool. Everytime i popped my head up for the view, the pool was empty. Very frustrating but a lesson learnt for myself and anyone booking this hotel, EXTRA charge for the pool.

Unfriendly hotel
The hotel is ok but the staff is very impolite, not friendly, angry, upset and always rude when you need to talk to them. It’s also a hotel that charge you for absolutely everything… they do not leave anything for granted they will always charge you no matter what extra….

I loved my stay at Gran Hotel Nagari! The room was beautiful and relaxing and the pool deck was amazing. I do wish the pool hadn't been an extra charge, but it was still worth it! Staff were lovely and the location was super convenient. Would gladly come and stay again of course!
