Villa Helena is an ancient mansion set in the beautiful historic center of Vieste, along Corso Manfrolla, one of the liveliest streets of the town nestled by the sea.
The mansion, completely renovated in 2024, is spread over four levels connected by elevator.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, smart TV, stereo, kitchen with electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
Villa Helena offers up to 6 beds. Pets are allowed.

The ancient dwelling today is completely renovated, finely furnished and with excellent finishes.
On the 4 levels are arranged the various rooms: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen on a shaded terrace with panoramic views of the sea of Punta San Francesco and the islet of Sant`Eufemia and its lighthouse.
The internal elevator provides access to the third floor, from which the few steps to the terrace with kitchen start.

The vacation home is located in the beautiful historic center of Vieste, along Corso Manfrolla, one of the main streets of the village located on the Gargano, in Puglia.
All services are at hand and within walking distance.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 67 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is spread over 4 levels. The elevator allows you to reach the third floor, from which a steps lead to the terrace with kitchen.
