The home offers 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and air conditioning, making it a comfortable option for families, couples traveling together, or small groups.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, and the bathroom includes hot water. The living room has a TV and portable fans are available for added comfort.

Guests can enjoy two outdoor areas: a front balcony with two chairs and a back balcony with patio furniture. There is also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sand after visiting Vieques’ beautiful beaches.

This is a relaxed island-style home in a quiet residential area, ideal for guests who want more space than a studio or apartment while still staying in a peaceful, local setting.

Quiet island barrio environment on Vieques with short drives to Isabel Segunda (the island’s main town), local beaches, small grocery stores and eateries. The island is known for unspoiled beaches, snorkeling spots and Mosquito Bay (world-famous bioluminescent bay). Expect a laid-back, rural–coastal vibe, limited nightlife, and services geared to visitors and local residents.

The home is located in a quiet residential area of Vieques, offering a peaceful local setting while still being a convenient home base for exploring the island. Guests can enjoy calm surroundings, outdoor spaces, and easy driving access to beaches, restaurants, Isabel Segunda, Esperanza, the ferry area, airport, and Bio Bay tours.

This location is a good fit for travelers who want to rest away from busy tourist areas while still being able to explore both sides of Vieques by car, Jeep, golf cart, or taxi.

Most travel on Vieques is by a vehicle such as SUV, golf cart, or taxi; rental cars and golf carts are commonly used by visitors. Roads are mostly two‑lane rural routes (some narrow/unpaved). Public transit is minimal. Inter-island travel to/from mainland Puerto Rico is by scheduled small planes (commercial/regional carriers) to Antonio Rivera Rodríguez Airport (VQS) and by ferry service (passenger and vehicle ferries) operating between Ceiba (on main island PR) and Vieques. Plan extra time for ferries and flights — schedules can be limited and change seasonally.

You are renting only the upper level of the house.

There is a jacuzzi on the back balcony near the outdoor shower. The jacuzzi is NOT FOR GUEST USE and must not be filled or used at any time. Filling or using it is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fee. Guests may use the outdoor shower only.

The home is comfortable, private, and well-equipped for a Vieques stay, but it is a relaxed island-style property rather than a luxury resort. Vieques is a rural island with nature sounds, roosters, and a slower pace of services.

Each bedroom has A/C. Portable fans are also available. If any appliance, utility, or equipment is not working properly, please let us know as soon as possible. Since Vieques is an island off the main island of Puerto Rico, repairs, supplies, and services can sometimes take longer than in larger cities, but we will always respond as quickly as possible.

This home is best for guests who value peace, space, privacy, and a central location while spending their days exploring Vieques.
