Perfect
I stayed in the larger suite which had ample room and large windows. Also equipped with clothes washer, iron, bathrobes, comfortable bedding, kitchenette, thoughtful extras like voltage adapter. The location is beyond good. Walk out your door to a great Italian pizza/pasta cafe, the best shopping and dining in Vienna. Super close to churches, museums, concert halls, everything. Owner super with communication. Air conditioning didn't seem to work all that well, but it was comfortable. I have stayed at the Steinberger which is just a block away (great hotel),but I will prefer to stay here again in the future.

The apartment was beautiful! It was very comfortable and close to all inner ring attractions. If you are a shopper, every high end store you can think of was located within a few blocks. It was nice to have a clothes washing machine available, too.

From the initial check-in instructions to departure, everything was professionally-organized and top-notch. The apartment is spotless and comes with small details like plug adaptors for international tourists. Location could not be more central, two minute walk to the Graben! Excellent value for money. Everything you want in the city center
Excellent property with everything you need in the city center of Vienna. We could walk to Stephansplatz, the Hofsburg and the metro stop was just at the end of the street for venturing further in the city. the metro stop is also convenient for getting to the Central Rail station which we used to travel through Europe. The host met us at check in and was so helpful answering questions about the city and getting around. The apt was stocked with everything you need including little things like salt and pepper, coffee pods, laundry detergent, the things you don't want to have to buy or travel with for a few nights stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We are regular travelers to all parts of the world and this was possibly the best apartment we have ever stayed in. It is the best for quality, size, location, cleanliness and customer service was the best of all. Alion and Alice were the best for customer service support that we have ever experienced. If you ever want to go to Vienna, this is definitely the place you should stay. It has got everything.

Riesen grosses Wohnzimmer mit grossem Doppelbett (Kind size) und einem breiten Sofa. In der Wohnküche dann Schlafsofa. Küche mit Herd und Backoffen, Kückschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffemaschine und Spülmaschine. Tee, Kaffee, Zucker & co waren sogar vorhanden; Müllbeutel da, reichlich Tabs für die Spülmaschine (muss explizit hier hervorheben, da woanders schon negative Erfahrung gemacht). Alles super sauber (bin sehr pingelig). Lage natürlich traumhaft. Und erstaunlich leise. Sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Brilliant apartment in spot on place.
As a frequent business traveller I really do appreciate comfort and peace. Combine this with fully functional kitchen located in very central but quiet location and you have an extremely spot on place to reload and relax. This and then some you can find right here. I will absolutely come back whenever there is a chance to be in Vienna.

Fantastic location and great apartment
The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the historic centre and within walking distance of so many attractions. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained, as well as being elegantly furnished. We had a small issue entering the building (no fault of the owners) and I was so pleased that it was resolved by the manager being on site within 15 minutes - even although it was after 11pm when we left. We would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

I left my train tickets in the US and a family member had to mail it to high street suites and Amir was wonderful enough to make sure that it get to us safely. Good attitude
Despite 2 low points (airport pick up never turned up and bedroom window didnt have any curtains so daylight woke us up at 6am) the management team did their best to make up for it. Apartment is very central so it was perfect. Maybe a dishwasher could be a good addition. No one wants to wash dishes by hand during holidays haha.

A perfect stay!
Highly recommend! The location is superb, right in the middle of city center and in the walking distance from almost all the most beautiful and historical places in Vienna. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped really well too. Azar & Jelena from High Street Suites were really helpful, we always had a fast reply from them and got all information we needed. They also arranged an airport transfer for us on the arrival and departure which was great! We had a perfect stay and definitely will be coming back to stay in one of the superb High Street Suites apartments.

Great stay! Jelena and Azar were incredibly helpful. They were very quick to respond for any concerns and questions. They gave a wonderful list of suggestions for things to do and places to eat in Vienna. The location is awesome, just a quiet street in the middle of the Graben shopping district and very close to multiple metro stops, Cafe Demel, and the Michaelersplatz. A lot of the things we did/saw were within 10-15 minutes walking distances too. As for the apartment itself, it's got a clean and spacious bathroom with a very large bedroom as well. They also had a storage unit where we stored our luggage for the day after checking out. Would highly recommend!

今度は一週間くらい泊まりたい！
初めていわゆる民泊に泊まりました。 フロント、ロビーが無いので、最初のチェックインに困りましたが、以後は最高でした。 まず立地が良い。東京なら銀座のど真ん中。オシャレでショッピングには最適でした。 次にこの料金でこの広さは民泊ならでは。マンションのモデルルームに泊まったみたいです。 最後にスタッフが若くて親切。基本メールでやりとりできるので、英語に不安でもじっくり考えられました。 こんどは二泊ではなく、一週間くらい泊まりたいです。

Recently stayed at High Street and had a great time! We stayed in the one that is off on its own but it was perfect. The location is amazing, just steps to the Cathedral and tons of shops and restaurants. We arrived early and, with ease, stored our bags in the apartment and got the run down of it all. The place was sparkling clean. Super great location if you are looking to be within walking distance of most things. Felt like a very high end hotel and was very spacious with Air Conditioning which was a must for us.

Sehr zentral gelegen und sehr sauber. Leider fehlte einiges an Geschirr. Temperatur im Vorraum und Bad unerträglich hoch, trotz Ventilator nicht unter 30 Grad. Klimaanlage viel zu schwach.

Wonderful stay in Vienna
We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on Petersplatz. It was perfect for our family of 4, including two kids. The kids each had a comfortable sofabed in the living room and the king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable as well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for breakfast at home. I especially appreciated the espresso machine with loaded coffee and basic condiments like salt and olive oil in the pantry. Everything in the apartment was new and clean and it felt like the most luxurious hotel with all the comforts of home. Our apartment overlooked the Graben and had a great view of the famous statue erected after the plague. It was very bright and spacious but had curtains for night. The washing machine, dishwasher and A/C all worked well. Azar, the host, was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and responsive if we needed anything.

Mitten im Zentrum und doch ruhig
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig (Fußgängerzonen). Wir haben gut geschlafen; Bad und Sanitäranlagen sind auch sehr gut. Küche ist zum Frühstücken gut bestückt (Kaffee, Tee). Möbel sind etwas zusammengewürfelt. Sehr gut der begehbare Kleiderschrank/Abseite, wo man alles verschwinden lassen kann. Verbesserungsfähig: die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer; Licht im Schlafbereich zu hell; kein vernünftiges Fernsehprogramm (man möchte ja vielleicht mal die Tagesschau sehen); eine Lampe defekt. Aber trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten: wie würden die Wohnung wieder nehmen, weil die Vorteile deutlich überwiegen.
