Your holiday home is located on the 1st floor of the building, which is also occupied by the owner. Two cosy bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a sofa bed offer space for up to 5 people, making the apartment ideal for a holiday with family or friends. From the kitchen, which is furnished with tasteful wooden furniture, you can access a balcony from which you have a wonderful view of the countryside. Younger guests will enjoy the beautiful garden with playhouse and slide, swing and seesaw, making the day outdoors fly by. There are numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity of your holiday apartment: a cycle path starts almost on your doorstep - if you haven't brought your own bike, you can hire one from the hire shop 300 metres away. An archery course, a quad bike park and the nearby golf course promise further variety. Fishing enthusiasts can hunt for trout, pike and carp in Lake Zell after purchasing a day ticket.

This holiday apartment is particularly attractive in winter, as the piste of the Viehofen ski area ends right in front of the house, so you can unbuckle your skis and return to your cosy home without any detours. The free ski bus takes you to the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn in just a few minutes and also stops right in front of the house.
