'The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and the restaurant chef tailored the dishes offered on the menu to plant-based meals. I enjoyed it so much that I reserved a three-night stay the following weekend.'

'Nice trip staff. Nice lake. But place needs a scrub down.'

'Very clean and spacious '

The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to start the day. The location was very convenient for my trip, as I was visiting relatives and attending a class reunion. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend this accommodation.'

The property is located a long distance from all the noise and congestion ad a very peaceful...

'No hanger for the cloths, no cabinet. Tiles in bathroom have white spots. WLAN speed is okay, but WLAN in room had twice connection problems. Aircon is good. No windows in the room. Alternative would be room with windows to a noisy street. Room service is good. Can hear voices from the neighbour room.'

'Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!'
