'I was really looking forward to this stay. The pictures online are beautiful, reality was a bit different. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed and the surfaces were clean, under the cabinets was filthy and there were spiderwebs in the corners of the room. A light was in poor repair and falling off the wall. There are many lights in the room but only one light in the bathroom. I was only provided with two bath towels, hand towels and face cloths would have been nice.'

'The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...

'Twee nachten geweest, prima hotel.

'Positive note: I smelt the freshness of the beddings. The staff were friendly and smiling.
Negative notes: the toilet seat was ill-fitted , I end up sitting on the toilet bowl as the seat kept sliding backwards. The carpet was stained needs a good shampooing or replacing. I wiped the bed side table and telephone apparatus and they were really dusty and grubby. Food in the restaurant was costly for it's quality.'

'Property is lacking attention to details when it comes to welcoming guest and room(smell) however once the staff got to know me, they have been accommodating.
Positive attitude towards my request is very much appreciated and the peaceful atmosphere of the area(no traffic sounds) all hours of the day.
I suggest they offer some dinner menus/evening food. Love their coffees and breakfast food. Maybe some continental breakfast.
Overall I am happy and the longer I stayed the more I felt at...
