Enjoy our spacious home on 1 acre & have morning coffee on our covered 10x80 elevated porch overlooking beautiful trees & watching passing deer. Enjoy listening to and watching many species of birds while you unwind. There is plenty of room for the kids to run in the fenced back yard while you grill on the charcoal pit, utilize the full kitchen, or experience the cast-iron wall. We own and live on a Grass-Fed farm nearby and offer our steaks, and other cuts of meat during your stay. We can have them waiting for you at Hill Creek upon arrival and marinate them if desired.

Our home has all you need for a comfortable stay while visiting Victoria or crossroad cities. ( Downtown 7 minutes.. most neighboring cities/beach approx 25-30 miles, 13 min to Coleto lake ) We are centrally located with easy access to San Antonio, Austin, Houston and Corpus Christi. as well. Our unique custom home is designed for space and comfort. We are situated on a quiet road with beautiful trees with easy access to nearby events. The house includes handmade concrete countertops, walk-in stone showers, custom built pine walls, beds and desk, kid-friendly bedroom, beautiful saltwater aquarium, 3 big screen SMART TVs , Wi-Fi /High Speed Internet, commercial Keurig with coffee/tea, Ninja Brew coffee pot, stainless steel appliances, double convection oven, dishes, utensils, formal glassware and serving dishes, basic pots/pans, laundry room with washer/ dryer and host of board games. Guests love our comfortable beds! Peaceful is what we here most about our property. We are available to answer all your questions and be responsive hosts, but allowing and respecting your privacy during your stay.

*ATTENTION Wonderful Guests: PLEASE read over the VRBO Cancellation Policy for our home and let us or VRBO know if you have any questions about it. VRBO offers travel insurance at the time of reserving for a very minimal cost to cover your trip in the unfortunate event you may have to cancel. ****Please note for your planning when staying with your family on sleeping- bedroom arrangements. All mattresses have been reviewed by our guests as very comfortable. King in Master, King in Blue Room, 2 twins in Curiosity Room, 1 queen/1 twin in sky room, 1 small size floor mattress is and single roll out sleeping mat located in Master bedroom closet area. Living area has 1 regular couch(not a pull out) and wrap around couch.
*Any stays over 14 days will be subject to acceptance/approval by host. Please inquiry for long-term rental agreement.
* *We have security cameras located on outside of the home in the following locations: garage view, front door and front yard view, left and right side of home view. There are no cameras on back porch or anywhere inside invading your privacy.

We had such a relaxing time staying here. Our host Tracy went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The fresh lemonade, cinnamon rolls, farm fresh eggs, coffee bar, and the extensive amenities of the house itself create the perfect getaway. The attention to detail, with the seasonal decor, was fun to see. We loved the privacy of the two hallways on either side of the kitchen and living room. Our driver/friend needed his own area, and we had ours. It was perfect, along with the large, comfortable living room, aquarium, and the beautiful kitchen with all of the amenities. The master bedroom and large bath were perfect and the beds quite comfortable. The expansive porch and fenced in backyard (we loved hearing the birds and cows!) felt like the getaway we needed. My mom is a former museum education coordinator, and was so impressed (we all were) with the books, creative toys and games available for little ones. We felt like we were a world away from everything, but it only took minutes to drive into town. Thank you for a relaxing, peaceful time, and we would gladly return in the future!

This Victoria, Texas home is even better that the photos let you believe. It is a charning space with spacious rooms, abundant windows, a large kitchen that includes a dining area with a table that easily seats 8, and leads directly into the big living area. The master bedrooom is very roomy and opens to a bathroom with a soaking tub and huge shower, and a walk in closet with extra linens and pillows. The backyard porch is a great space to gather. The hosts have done their very best to think of how to make guests happy. They stay in touch and are kind as they can be. We use VRBO frequently and this experience was one of the very best we've had.

Obviously this home and the hosts are fantastic. This is the 4th visit for me, my mom, and my sister. Every time we walk through the door it feels like coming home. We can't wait until our next visit. The worst thing about this home is when we have to leave. So grateful for the Delgado family for their hospitality and this wonderful home away from home.

We really enjoyed this place. Beds were super comfortable, nice location, very nice house. As a host they even left fresh eggs, brownies and lemonade! You can tell the owners are very sweet people!

We had a lovely time at this spacious home in Victoria. We are four cousins coming from Houston, San Antonio and Corpus Christi. Victoria turned out to be the most central location. We had excellent communication with Tracy before, during and after our stay. She was very responsive to any of our needs or questions. The house is very large with two bedrooms on either side of the living and kitchen area. The large kitchen is well appointed with many extras. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable The beautiful back porch/deck runs the length of the house. Even in August, we had a nice breeze in the evenings. The really special thing about the stay was all the little welcoming surprises when we arrived. Beautiful fresh cut flowers, fresh lemonade, cookies and a bag of popcorn! Even some farm fresh eggs. Tracy and Paul are fabulous hosts. This house was perfect for our needs. Now that we've found it, we plan to be back often. We highly recommend. 😍

The home is wonderful, very comfortable beds and great kitchen. The back deck is great to sit and relax after a long day. Everything was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The home and property were excellent but the home owners, Tracy and Paul were the best short term renters ever. If you are in the Victoria area, this is the place!

This home is in a quiet, country neighborhood. It is roomy, well appointed and clean. The Property Managers gave clear instructions, a warm email welcome and responded quickly to my text with questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the beautiful salt water aquarium. We will stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our original count was 7 but sadly 2 women had to back out. We were 5 women between the ages of 60-87. There was so much room for all of us. The house has everything you need , coffee pot, etc... There was also lemonade for us in the fridge. If we had any problems our host, Tracy, was readily available. I would highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay.

We needed a place to stay on short notice for a death in the family. This residence was very well kept and clean. It's a large, comfortable home, unique in design and the hosts were very responsive. I had to communicate directly with Tracy due to a glitch with my VRBO app and she was great. The quiet country setting was also very nice. I highly recommend a stay here if you have the opportunity.

but at this property every time has been thoroughly charmed. This was our third stay and the only complaint we have is we made a mistake and didn't book a long enough visit. Loved the spaciousness of the house and large fenced yard and covered deck was a plus. Most of my family is in TX and my sister in Victoria was hosting Christmas. We were able to have some of the family stay in the house so we were not split up into hotels. Made for a great gathering place for games. The owners put up a Christmas tree and other lights. Welcoming and festive. They left brownies and snacks for us. The salt water aquarium wss a fascinating diversion. We will come back if the need arises. Only one tiny suggestion as I am short - a full length mirror somewhere.😘

My daughter, my friend, and I stayed here for my other daughter’s wedding. My goodness is this house beautiful!! Tons of room and a gorgeous kitchen! The host is an absolutely lovely person. She was very communicative and checked in with us to make sure we had all we needed. She also has a cattle farm so we ordered some amazing steaks and cooked those right up! I will most definitely stay here again the next time I come to Victoria!
