This charming Berry-style gîte, surrounded by 3,500 m² of wooded and flower-filled grounds, is the perfect place for your get-together. Enjoy a covered terrace and a large outdoor area with equipment for all ages: swings, a slide, a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, a brick barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers.

Business trips are not accepted. Cottage layout:

• Ground floor: entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room (TV, fireplace with insert), 1 bedroom (double bed + cot), separate WC, shower room.

• First floor: landing with reading area, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds + cot), 1 bedroom (4 single beds, TV), separate WC, shower room.

On the A85, take exit 13 "Selles-sur-Cher".
Drive through Selles-sur-Cher, La Vernelle, Fontguenand, and then Valençay.
Leave Valençay in the direction of Châteauroux. Pass the fixed speed camera on your left. After 1 km, take the first right at the "Sermoise" sign (Gîtes de France sign). The gîte is the first house on the left, 300 m ahead.

On the A71, take exit 5 "Châteauroux - Vierzon Centre".
Drive through Vatan, Guilly, and then Rouvres-les-Bois. Leave Rouvres-les-Bois in the direction of Valençay.
Before entering Valençay, turn left at the "Sermoise" sign (Gîtes de France sign). The gîte is the first house on the left, 300 m ahead.

On the A20:
a) From Vierzon, take exit 10 "Vatan". Go through Vatan, Guilly, and then Rouvres-les-Bois.

b) From Limoges, take exit 13 "Tours". Go through Levroux.
Leave Rouvres-les-Bois (a) or Levroux (b) towards Valençay. Before entering Valençay, turn left at the "Sermoise" sign (Gîtes de France sign). The gîte is the first house on the left, 300 m ahead.
