Villa dei Fiori | Private Villa with Lush Garden & Scenic Terraces

Nestled among the lush green hills of Vico Equense, Villa dei Fiori is a peaceful retreat where the beauty of nature meets the pleasure of spending unforgettable moments together. Surrounded by flowers, Mediterranean plants, and lemon trees, this independent villa offers privacy, tranquillity, and generous living spaces for up to 12 guests, just a short distance from Seiano's beaches and the main attractions of the Sorrento Peninsula.

Spread across two floors, the property features five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two inviting living areas. The interiors combine the authentic character of traditional local homes with modern comforts and carefully selected details. On the ground floor, guests will find a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious, light-filled living room with a fireplace, Smart TV, comfortable sofas, dining area, and desk. Upstairs, a second lounge leads to four additional bedrooms, decorated in colours inspired by the garden's flowers: three with double beds and one with two single beds, with additional sleeping arrangements available in selected rooms. Two bathrooms are located upstairs and one on the ground floor.

The villa's outdoor spaces are among its greatest highlights. A lush private garden, sheltered by tall hedges, invites guests to unwind surrounded by nature. The furnished patio, featuring a large dining table, swing seat, and charcoal barbecue, is perfect for leisurely lunches and memorable dinners together. Furnished terraces and scenic balconies offer lovely views of the surrounding hills, while a more secluded terrace with sun loungers provides a peaceful spot to soak up the sunshine.

The villa offers air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bed linen, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Access is through a private gate followed by several flights of stairs. There is no private on-site parking, but free roadside parking is available nearby, subject to availability. Having a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area comfortably.

Villa dei Fiori is the perfect choice for large families and groups of friends seeking an authentic Italian getaway, combining beach days, excursions to Sorrento, Positano, Pompeii, and the Amalfi Coast with unforgettable evenings in their own private garden.
