"Casa Assunta" is an elegant and recently refurbished apartment situated on the raised ground floor of an ancient building. It is approximately 80 meters squared, the 2 bedrooms with vault ceilings are quite big and can host 4 guests. It is possible to add more beds (up to 2 for every room) paying an extra charges. The apartment features a private terrace, air conditioning, winterheating, TV and Wi-Fi Internet access.
Casa Assunta is perfect for a group of friends, couples or family who wish to have a pleasant and relaxing stay. The delicious terrace overlook a nice citrus grove and the typical surrounding countryside.
You will get the apartment from the front door of the ancient building, cross the patio and come up 4 stairs. From the entrance you will find the fully equipped kitchen / dining room with two little tables and 6 chairs, a kitchen island, an oven, 5 hobs, a fridge / freezer, a microwave and a toaster.
On the right and on the left sides of the kitchen there are the bedrooms. Both bedroms have a double bed, a wardrobe, a table with a chair or a pouf, an armchair and an esuite bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a sink and a window.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, winterheating, TV and a Frenchdoor on the private terrace.
