The property has been partly renovated and features an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining room, complete with an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, as well as access to a west-facing balcony and an east-facing balcony. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and opens onto the east-facing balcony, offering pleasant morning light and scenic views. The second bedroom also features 2 beds, providing comfortable accommodation for additional guests. The third room is a dedicated children's room furnished with 1 set of bunk beds, making it an ideal space for younger guests. The 2 bathrooms are configured separately, with one featuring a bath and WC and the other offering a shower and WC, ensuring convenience and privacy for all occupants.
