The accommodation is on the second and top floor of an elegant building in the historic center, directly opposite Castel Vecchio and the Arco dei Gavi, just a 5-minute walk from Piazza Brà. The recently renovated space is spread over two levels and combines period furnishings with modern design elements. Public transport is nearby.



One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Other guests in the building value a quiet stay, so we kindly ask you to be discreet and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime and afternoon hours. Please close windows and the door when leaving the apartment.



Covered parking in a secure garage is available on request at the time of booking and for an additional fee. If the kitchen, pots, dishes, or glasses are left unwashed, a penalty may apply.



Check-in time must be arranged in advance, as we are not on site. Check-in outside the scheduled hours of 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm is not guaranteed unless agreed upon at booking; outside these hours or for delays over 1 hour not communicated in advance, an extra fee may be requested.
