The Space:

You step through the front door and are greeted by a bright, airy living space where soft neutral tones invite you to unwind. Sunlight filters through the large windows, highlighting the comfortable seating and the gentle hum of the private pool just beyond the screened‑in patio. A cool breeze drifts in as you settle onto the lounge chairs, coffee in hand, ready to plan the day’s beach walk or garden stroll.



Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably sleeps eight guests across three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed. Two full bathrooms serve the group, with an ensuite attached to the master suite and a hallway bathroom for the other rooms.



Outdoor living

A private pool beckons for a refreshing dip at any time, and the fully screened‑in patio provides a tranquil spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The fenced backyard includes a charcoal BBQ grill, perfect for gathering around a meal under the Florida sky.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee machine ready for your favorite brew. An open‑concept dining area offers ample space for shared meals and casual conversation.

The open living room offers generous seating for everyone to gather, watch a show on the Smart TV, or stay connected with high‑speed Wi‑Fi. Throughout the home you’ll find air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and room‑darkening shades to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The Neighborhood:

Roughly a 13-min drive to the beach - 7-min to McKee Botanical Gardens - 8-min to Downtown Vero Beach



Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood where everyone tends to keep to themselves. There is an older pup next door that you'll hear bark to say 'hello' from time to time. You'll have the driveway to park, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
