Secluded Waterfront Home on Little Orchid Island

This seasonal rental has a one month minimum. The private 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home is nestled among live oaks and palm trees with lush landscaping. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets from the back deck overlooking the mangroves and sunrises from the front porch while boats make there way down the intracoastal waterway. Take a short bike ride to the beach and restaurants or launch a kayak right from the dock. A nature lovers Paradise! This ia a quiet, private neighborhood with shallow water access to the Indian River Lagoon from your own dock. The famous Environmental Learning Center is a short walk and provides for beautiful nature trails and Floridian wildlife.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a deck that overlooks the mangroves and sunsets. The second bedroom is a queen and the third has two singles. There is an office with a queen size pullout couch. There is a two car garage and storage area under the main house which is built on tall columns. Come and enjoy the famous Vero white sand beaches and quiet natural beauty this property affords!

Elegant Home, Relaxing Stay

This is a lovely home in a beautiful, quiet, and safe neighborhood. The house is secluded within a canopy of trees and we felt relaxed the moment we arrived. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We loved that we could paddle the 2 kayaks to the Indian River right from the dock on the property! We watched many stunning sunsets from the back deck. A short 5 minute drive will bring you to prime beach access. Restaurants and shopping are close by as well. Mark provided excellent communication throughout our time here. We would absolutely stay at this home again, and highly recommend it!

Lovely Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood

We were delighted with our stay. What was special about this rental house? There are many desirable features, but the one that stands out in our mind is the decks on the front and back of the house. We would sit on the master bedroom deck overlooking the ICW in the morning and at sunset have a glass of wine on the front deck, delightful. In the afternoon or on breezy days we would relax and have lunch on the back deck. When inside, if the temps were +60 degrees we would open the sliding glass doors and windows for a beautiful cross breeze. The orientation of the house provided continuous sunlight inside, practically all day. Other assets are: house was immaculate when we arrived, kitchen was well equipped, neighborhood is quiet with little traffic, neighbors are very friendly. Being able to kayak out to the Indian River to see dolphin, pelicans and other shore birds was delightful. Beaches were minutes away, downtown Vero beach was a short drive. Having kayaks and bikes available for renter's use and a double car garage were also big assets.

The owner was great There is 2 kayaks on the property which we could use We went out after work and on weekends We also brought our own boat the boat ramp is about 1 mile away The house was spacious with a few balconies you could sit outside on It was a very friendly neighborhood I would definitely stay again

A Treasure Coast Gem!

If quiet neighbourhood with tons of nature activities and close to great shopping and restaurants. We have 2 year olds that have a blast at the Educational center near by, they have also yoga clases and other activities for grown-ups. Then there is Sebastian inlet amazing surfing destination for the bigger kids, then there is the tide pool at the other side of the bridge for the little ones where you can always count to see dolphins at sunset. There are also several jungle trails with amazing hammock views and some of them take you to the local wabaso beach. The house is just so wonderful as is set on top of the mangroves and canopy oaks. It feels as a tree house for grown-ups with all the beautifull beach art, crafts and home comforts. You can see and hear the weather and have amazing bright nights when there is full moon. The house also has beach toys, boogy boards, bicycles, canoes, fish tack, and its own dock to acces the lagoon and river. We did have some issues with A/C and water but got resolved quickly as Mark is always in communication and pront to take action to resolve issues. We will be back next year for sure, this time for more than a month! We just love it so much.
