Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment which is walking distance to lake Okanagan and Paddlewheel park. You will enjoy our heated salt water pool, gas burning fire pit on your private patio and breathtaking lake view! Our apartment has 2 bedrooms (king and queen beds) with 2 washrooms and full equipped kitchen. Linens and towels are provided. We also supply you with beach chairs and beach towels. The patio and the pool area have a lot of furniture to make your outdoor space comfortable and enjoyable . Natural gas fire pit and BBQ are just for our guests. For a bigger company we have an available 1 bedroom 1 washroom unit which is connected to the apartment by a door (usually it stays locked) which can be booked as well by a request
We have an additional parking for a boat.

Please, be advised that you share this swimming pool with us and our guests. If you want to invite friends or family to use a pool , please, discuss it with us. No parties with outside guests are permitted. Sorry.

This property is truly a relaxation retreat! Stunning views & spectacular accomodations. The owners, Luba & Fred are the most kind-hearted people who really care about the guest experience. Beds are incredibly comfortable, kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything including extras (garlic press, cheese grater & much, much more!). Absolutely perfect! Two bedrooms, both with en-suite bath, and common space was exactly what we wanted. The property, although a challenging driveway for the rental car we had, was gorgeous with a view over the lake. Our goal was to be close to Coldstream to visit my brother and this location was ideal. We used the washer dryer, were provided with starter coffee, had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Luba was a delight, very friendly, responsive and helpful, easy check-in. Would love to return and highly recommend!

We enjoyed the stay, place is immaculate and the view is unforgettable. Access to pool, which looks like an infinity pool is the icing on the cake. We will rebook in future since we love the place. Access to Kelowna through Bailey Rd and Commonage road makes the drive nice and short. Ample parking and really short drive to the lake is added bonus. Nice and quite place no traffic at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Luba & Fred's spectacular home in Vernon. They are such gracious hosts and made us feel like family. The new modern home is gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of small appliances and kitchenware, and we enjoyed staying in to BBQ for dinners. The patio/pool is breathtaking, and the fire pit will keep you cosy well in to a night of stargazing.

Scenic and Relaxing Stay
My friends and I travelled to Vernon to attend a wedding and were lucky enough to book this beautiful property to stay at. The apartment was stocked with all of the essentials and if anything was missing Luba and Fred were incredibly accommodating to ensure that we had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Combined with the amazing hospitality, the private heated pool overlooking Okanagan Lake made this property a beautiful and incredible place to stay. It was very secluded, which was relaxing but yet only a short 10 minute drive away from downtown Vernon. I would highly recommend this property to any friends or family that are planning on travelling in the area.
