Aparthotels in Vernazza

'Place is in a middle of the mountain. Far away from the beach on a first picture which is very misaligning. The staff is unfriendly. They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. 'Mini paradise! Wonderful room, we loved being on the garden level, super clean, views forever……. Infinity pool with even more incredible views. 'Hôtel situé en étage dans un immeuble d’habitation donc pas visible de la route. Pas de possibilité de s’arrêter facilement pour décharger les bagages d’un véhicule. Mise à disposition d’une carte magnétique ce qui complique les déplacements individuels.'

'The room layout looked somewhat strange, but was very comfortable, very clean and offered us lots of space and relaxation. '

'Esperienza molto positiva, struttura stupenda e accoglienza ottima! Ritorneremo'
