We recently stayed 3 nights in the family suite, and it was by far the best hotel of our European vacation, which included 4 other hotels. It is a new hotel, so everything was very clean and well maintained. The family suite was spacious, with a separate lofted area where our kids stayed, and the high ceilings made it feel even bigger. We appreciated the large bathroom (two sinks) as a family of 4, and a bonus was that the towels were very thick and soft. There was also plenty of space to unpack our things and hang them or put them in drawers. For two of our other hotel stays, our kids had a separate room, but we all agreed this setup was the nicest and felt the biggest.
What stood out was how pleasant and friendly the staff was. They were very helpful and always greeted us with a smile whenever we came in and out of the hotel. We enjoyed one of the complimentary happy hours, with a round of drinks and some nice snacks (chips, nuts, and olives). I was also impressed with the staff reaching out to me about finding an earring in our room. It wasn't ours, but the fact that they reached out quickly upon discovering it when we left made me appreciate the staff and their honesty even more.
The hotel is also in a great location, easily walkable to many sites and the surrounding area has many food and shopping options. We would highly recommend it and would stay there again.
