Prima hotel, maar het restaurant heeft en verdient geen ster. Onder signatuur van een sterrenchef werken zou gelijkwaardig moeten zijn. De kamerservice liet ook wat steken vallen. Verder was alles perfect. Heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijke, behulpzame mensen.
Een mooie ruime klassieke ontbijtzaal.

goede locatie. daar betaal je voor. mooie kamers. schoon. heel goed personeel. het enig wat ik minder vond is het ontbijt. voor zo een prijs per nacht heb je niets speciaals en vooral geen verse sinaasappel sap. en als je een ei wil moet je extra bestellen en betalen. JAMMER

Beautiful property a few yards from St Markā€™s Sq. Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms recently updated. Would definitely be our go to place to stay in Venice, the next time we visit. We highly recommend this place.

Non serve avere una splendida location vicino a San Marco ed un ottimo personale professionale e simpatico per essere un 5 stelle lusso ā€¦ Ma veniamo alle dolenti noteā€¦. - illuminazione della stanza pessima, molto belli i lampadari ma l impianto luci ĆØ stato studiato male. Oltre pessimi punti luce stessi, nella stanza o sei sotto i FREDDI fari o non hai alternativeā€¦ il buio, niente luci basse calde e diffuse. Niente ambientazione soft. -bagno freddo (primo di marzo) L unica fonte di calore ĆØ lo scalda salviette ā€¦. - impianto di riscaldamento rumoroso - il letto non ha neppure un semplice topper che renderebbe piĆ¹ morbido il riposo -nel frigo bar solo alcool, niente acqua, solo 2 piccolissime bottiglie in omaggio esterne, quindi se hai sete devi chiamare il service di notte ā€¦ - unica nota positiva la location, vicinissima a San Marco, ĆØ un personale professionale e gentile Quindi non posso che essere rimasto scontento. Gentile Ospite, La ringraziamo per averci scelto per il suo soggiorno a Venezia. Ci spiace leggere la sua recensione. Accogliamo quanto de lei segnalato relativamente alle luci in camera che ci aiuterĆ  nel nostro quotidiano sforzo al miglioramento. Riguardo alla colazione le segnaliamo che nel nostro buffet sono presenti circa 110 prodotti alimentari oltre alla carta addizionale che aggiunge ulteriori scelte di alto livello; inoltre ĆØ servita in un salone del '700 con affreschi degli allievi del Tiepolo. Molti viaggiatori l'hanno definita "spettacolare" ci spiace lei non abbia colto tutto ciĆ².Gianmatteo Zampieri - General Manager

La location ĆØ ottima ed il personale professionale e gentile, tuttavia ritengo importante segnalare la pessima illuminazione all'interno della stanza, con un letto privo di topper e quindi non particolarmente comodissimo. Il bagno era freddo, (visto il periodo), e l'unico sistema di riscaldamento nella stanza ĆØ lo scaldasalviette...insomma , no basta avere degli ottimi arrrdi storici, ma contano molti fattori per un 5 stelle...

After reading reviews we chose the Baglioni for our stay in Venice and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect, near all the best shops and restaurants. I was blown away by our suite, the room was massive and the view was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic! Wonderful! A dream! We absolutely loved this hotel and plan to be back. The staff were all so incredibly friendly and kind. They were very helpful. The food was phenomenal and the drinks were just as fabulous. One of the best parts of our 2 week long trip. Quite literally steps away from St. Markā€™s Basilica/Square and on the other side steps away from the best shopping.

Le Baglioni est idƩalement situƩ Ơ cƓtƩ de la place Saint Marc. L'arrivƩe en taxi bateau devant l'hƓtel est idƩale nous la recommandons. Le service est irrƩprochable digne d'un 5 Ʃtoiles. Notre chambre Ʃtait confortable et propre, cependant nous avons compris que les rƩnovations dans Venise sont compliquƩs Ơ initier, ainsi, la chambre manquait notamment de prises au niveau du lit.

Our basic room was just that, dark, with a cramped bathroom that needed attention. The breakfast was the standard of a 2* hotel, so bad that we avoided it on the third day and went out to a proper hotel for breakfast. Very convenient location though (why we stayed here) but the standard was well below a 5* hotel. Staff were pleasant and tried hard, but the whole experience was woeful.
