An amazing oceanfront experience awaits you at Castillo Del Mar which sits on the Pacific Ocean!

Castillo Del Mar offers an amazing mix of indoor and outdoor living that is all under the same roof. This newly furnished home takes full advantage of the incredible coastline and offers world class views from the 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels which include an incredible roof top deck.

Each of the 4 bedrooms have their own private bathroom.

As you enter this ocean front home through its main entrance on the 2nd floor, you are greeted by a second story indoor/outdoor pool and an open living area. Next to the pool you will find an outdoor BBQ and bar area with a small refrigerator. You can find a place in and out of the sun by the pool to spend your day enjoying the sound of the ocean and enjoying the refreshing pool.

The 2nd floor also features 3 bedrooms, and 3 baths. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and look directly out onto the pool and the ocean beyond. These two bedrooms each have two twin beds which can be converted into a king bed. Bedroom 1 has a private bathroom with stand up shower. Bedroom 2 has a shower and bathroom located just outside of it by the pool The 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor is an ocean front suite which features a king size bed and has its own bathroom and sitting area. This sitting area includes a full sofa bed for larger families or groups.

The third floor has a spacious living room, a full kitchen and dining area, all facing the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. This floor also has its own ocean front master suite with a king size bed with its own full bathroom. All rooms feature private decks that look out toward the ocean or to the mountains.

The fourth floor or roof top is a full sized deck for sunset watching, amazing star gazing and a perfect place for gatherings with friends and family. There is also a comfortable covered area for day time relaxation. You are able to see the world class surf break at Playa Negra from this roof top deck.

The first floor, or ground level offers a large two car garage, laundry room, water closet and outdoor shower area.

Private and secure, Castillo del Mar is located in Rancho Playa Negra one of Costa Rica’s finest gated communities.

BEACHES: Enjoy a small beach directly in front of the house, this beach is mainly rock with many tide pools to explore. Through the gated ocean-front community, stroll 5 minutes on palm and hibiscus lined roads to the Playa Negra Reef Break, Sandy White Swimming Beach and Open-Air Restaurant and bar. It is a short 5 Minute Drive to Playa Avellanas North (white sand, reef/ sand surfing, restaurant), and 15 minutes drive to Playa Junquillal South (black sand, beach break surfing). We will be glad to point you to other beach options in the area.

LOCATION: This home is just under 2 hours from the Liberia Airport and 4 hours to the San Jose Airport. It is just 20 minutes to a great Zip-Line tour, or take a sunset horse-back tours leaving directly from Casa Fuego. 50 minutes away from a covered river boat ride full of wildlife. 20 Minutes to Hacienda Pinella Beach Club and Spa, 35 minutes to Tamarindo for shopping, under 3 hours to Rincon De La Viejo Park (canopy tour, river tubing, waterfalls, horse back rides & hot spring mud baths).
