You can reach your vacation home via an elevator or the stairs. Just to the right you will find the spacious shower room with walk-in summer rain shower, vanity and toilet. Directly opposite is the first bedroom with a double box spring bed plus a large, high-gloss wall unit. A flat-screen TV cleverly hides behind the sliding door of the wardrobe. Thanks to coated pleated blinds, the windows can be darkened quickly and easily.

One door down from the hallway is the second bedroom with a double box spring bed. Here too you have plenty of storage space thanks to a large wall unit with pull-out flat TV. The coated pleats or stilvill selected, opaque curtains also ensure quick and easy darkening. An additional chair is available in both bedrooms.

Past the storage room with washing machine, tumble dryer and various household utensils, it leads to the beautiful living-dining area with access to the loggia. You can linger comfortably from the comfortable leather couch. A large flat screen TV provides the best entertainment. The full-fledged kitchen with its unique high-gloss look makes a very classy impression and leaves nothing to be desired. Towards evening you can transform the living area into a breathtaking sea of lights - and thus end your vacation day with an absolute highlight.

The apartment is completely barrier-free and equipped with underfloor heating and free WiFi. They also have a marked, extra wide parking space and a cellar room for your bicycles.
