The quiet, cozy 55m² holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of my detached house and is suitable for up to 3 people.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. It features two bedrooms, one with a full-size double bed and the other with a single bed (1 x 2m). The living room includes a seating area, an armchair, satellite TV, and a radio. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, four-burner stove with oven, all necessary small appliances, and a comfortable dining area. The apartment also has a shower room and toilet.

Directly from the kitchen, you can access the 20m² partially covered balcony with garden furniture and loungers. A parking space is available for guests in front of the house, and there is a secure bicycle storage room.
