Wie, in anderen Rezessionen, bereits erwähnt war Andrea (der Eigentümer), immer telefonisch ereichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 'Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. There are some wineries within 35 min. by car. and you can bike to the closest village, there is even a Lidl 20 min by car from the house. There are some nice board games in the house.
