I invite you to discover my property, located in Varaville in Normandy, on the coast of the Channel. It is a house of 157 m2 in the middle of a closed and raised park of more than 7000 m2, in the middle of the country of Auge. Neighbor of the Varaville stud farm, it is surrounded by the swamps of the Dives, a region rich in flora and fauna. The beach is five minutes by car. Deauville and Caen are twenty minutes away.

Many leisure activities and activities are offered in the immediate vicinity: hiking and discovery outings, golf, fishing lakes, equestrian center, beach clubs, water sports or tennis ... Many museums are waiting for your visit and the D-Day beaches are a short drive away.

The house includes a basement with a garage, a storeroom and a summer kitchen. On the ground floor you will find a large living-dining room and a Moroccan style living room. The kitchen is independent and equipped open on a bright veranda. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes this space. Upstairs, the four bedrooms await you with five double beds, two single beds and a cot, not to mention the bathroom. The maximum capacity is twelve people.

Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful private pool, without any opposite.
