We absolutely love this cozy little nest, located in the medieval quarter RIGHT IN THE HEART OF THE HISTORIC CENTER and sleeping up to 4 people.
You’ll reach the apartment via a semi-pedestrian street, and it’s there—in a quiet cul-de-sac—that your cozy retreat is located, on the 2nd floor of a historic building.

The apartment is a one-bedroom unit (T2) measuring 42 m² in a quiet setting, located on the 2nd floor with a very accessible staircase.

We wanted to turn it into a cozy home during its recent renovation while preserving its authentic character with its exposed beams.
The decor is tastefully done.

Upon entering, you’ll find a hallway leading to:
* The bathroom with a shower, sink, storage cabinet, and a large mirror.
* The separate toilet
* The well-equipped open kitchen:
- induction cooktop
- refrigerator
- oven
- dishwasher
- toaster
- electric kettle
- juicer
- kitchen essentials and basic groceries.
The kitchen island is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or an aperitif!
* The living room features a very comfortable Poltronesofa sofa bed that’s easy to unfold, a coffee table, a TV, and guidebooks and brochures about Vannes and the surrounding region available for your use
* The dining area
* The separate bedroom, with a 180 cm double bed, storage, and a closet
(hangers provided).
Your bed will be made upon your arrival. You can choose between two bedroom layouts: either one 180-cm bed or two 90-cm single beds.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

* We take health and safety precautions very seriously, which is why we systematically perform a thorough cleaning of the
apartment (following the French Ministry of Labor’s recommendations for the hospitality industry)
- The apartment is thoroughly ventilated between bookings
- All doors, handles, light switches, remote controls, etc., are disinfected
- Clean and dirty linens are kept separate, and social distancing measures are in place

House Rules:
* Please respect the peace and quiet of the building and its residents.
* Upon checkout, please place your trash and recyclables in the city’s underground containers (next to Monoprix or City Hall), wash and put away your dishes and the coffee maker, and gather your dirty laundry in a cloth bag to be left in the bathroom (for the reasons mentioned above).
* No parties or gatherings
* ONLY GUESTS WHOSE NAMES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED TO THE RESERVATION
