This Yaletown Vancouver space is an attractive suite located in a central downtown location and 2 min walk to BC Place Stadium! Walk to Vancouver FIFA World Cup 2026. This space is modern and unique, stylish interior, open layout, floor-to-ceiling windows, king size bed, large balcony, luxury furnishings with gorgeous city views from every window.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances. A breakfast table for two is adjacent to the kitchen. The living room overlooks stunning city view and is beautifully furnished with a chic white couch and a large Smart flatscreen TV for your entertainment. Access to Netflix, YouTube and much more. Catch some rays on the balcony, furnished with a patio set for 2. Relax in the bedroom, with another large flatscreen TV, furnished with a King size bed with crisp linens and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to brighten up the space and black out shades when you need to darken the space. Lovely condo in a great location
Very clean, well laid out condo. We stayed for a week, so I especially loved the great walk in closet.
The location is fabulous. Lots of wonderful restaurants are all within about 5 blocks. If you enjoy walking, the False Creek seawall is a short distance away.
Jay was a very helpful host, and most questions were answered before we even had to ask.

We enjoyed our stay. Jay and Nadia were always in communication. The property is very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was within walking distance of everything. Highly recommend it for a couple.

Nice downtown apartment
We enjoyed our stay at Yaletown. The apartment was clean with adequate space for 2. The location was convenient for walking to most places we wanted to visit. The host communicated well with us. The check in was challenging as you have to pick up a key 2 blocks away at a 7-11 store but we figured it out. We stayed here the first week of August so the apartment was very hot due to no air conditioning. There is a portable air conditioner unit which cools things down eventually but it was hot at night for sleeping. This wouldn’t be an issue in cooler months.

Location-best in Vancouver!
Loved location! Great neighbourhood, upscale area in heart of Yaletown, fantastic restaurants & bakeries at your fingertips, area feels safe. Unit is small and tight but works for 2 of us. Pic of bath is not the bath we had, that was odd.

Wonderful view, great city
My wife and I loved our visit to this property. The pictures are accurate. It is clearly a small space, but it is laid out very well and uses the small footprint very efficiently, even to provide a pretty good sized patio. We loved the neighborhood and the restaurants. We had a great visit, and would have loved to spend even more time there.

A nice place to stay
The apartment was quite clean and had all the essentials one would need. Check-in/ check-out was arranged efficiently. The place is close to many restaurants and shops; jay and Nadia provided valuable information about various restaurants and tourist attractions. Our stay in Vancouver
This apartment was perfect for me and my husband for our four-night stay. It is clean and bright with fun, modern furnishings. Very comfy bed! The glass skyscrapers that are so characteristic of Vancouver were all around us and it was fun to see the seagulls soaring among them--a treat for us land-locked Texans. The owner was extremely helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and sights and the apartment was very well situated for taking advantage of the major attractions. We loved it!
