HOUSE RULES
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
- No Parties or Events: Fines may apply for any noise complaints or disturbances. Message us for clarification if needed.
- No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted in the home.
- No Unregistered Guests: Only guests included in the booking are allowed on the property.
- No Food/Drinks on the Bed: Please avoid eating or drinking on the beds to maintain cleanliness.
- No Loud Noise After 11 PM: Quiet hours are enforced to respect neighbors and other guests.
- Access to Listed Areas Only: Guests are permitted to use areas mentioned in the listing.

Cooking Note: Due to previous damage, the ceramic stove has been turned off. Please use the spice kitchen for all cooking. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
No Shoes in the Bedroom: Kindly remove shoes and place them in the provided tray.

Late Check-Out Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $75 fee to accommodate cleaning schedules. Please notify us if you anticipate running late.
Responsibility for Belongings: We are not responsible for any items left behind after check-out.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions.
- ID Requirement: A picture of photo ID may be required upon booking.
- Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit (fully refundable) may be required upon booking.
- Parking: One free parking slot is provided, and there is free parking on the street.
- Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind.
- Separate Suite: There is a completely separate basement suite that is rented; they do not have access to the main house and vice versa.
- Crib Disclaimer: Guests using a pack ’n play crib do so at their own risk. While we provide a clean and comfortable environment, we do not endorse any specific model and cannot guarantee their safety. Guests should review instructions carefully and take precautions to ensure their own safety. By using the crib, guests accept responsibility for any risks associated with its use.
