The Coastal Haven is a thoughtfully designed and welcoming two-bedroom, one-bath retreat tucked into a quiet corner of North Vancouver. It’s compact but comfortable — a perfect base for exploring the mountains, ocean, and city. Whether you're relaxing after a day of adventure or enjoying a cozy night in, the space offers just the right balance of simplicity and charm.



*PLEASE NOTE: Access to the suite requires walking down one flight of stairs. Additionally, there is no dishwasher in the unit. If either of these is a must-have for your stay, we completely understand and want to be upfront — this may not be the best fit.


Both bedrooms are comfortably spacious, each featuring a cozy queen bed and generous closet space for settling in with ease.


The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a snack, heat up some takeout, or cook a full meal for the family!

I thought the property was first class and Danny (the host) was super with all communications. Exactly what I wanted and I got it with this apartment.

Although the suite is a fairly good size and offers two bdrms and laundry, it didn't feel cozy or that inviting. The couch is small and uncomfortable - there's lots of room for a big comfy sectional to watch tv. The fridge sits out in the open btwn the living room and kitchen and was noisy. No dishwasher means we had to check some dishes for cleanliness. No dishcloths, just a used sponge which we threw out. The suite is dark as it is a basement and the kitchen window looks out into a window well. The kitchen is ok but it's no chef's kitchen. My friend forgot the door code and went to the owner's suite to get it. No one answered but later the owner asked if that was her who had knocked on the door so why didn't they answer the door? Some improvements would make this suite much more comfortable.

Very clean, lots of stuff in kitchen to use which was great. There was no instructions on what to do with garbage it wasn't in welcome guide. Felt bad leaving it there. Left everything clean and tidy. Location was amazing.
