We had to drive to the restaurants and exhibits which was not as expected. Staff was unhelpful and young, and not always at the front desk when needed. Breakfast closed before the posted time.'

'The room was clean and had a unique layout that had the bed facing the window, which had a great view of Asheville and the mountains. The bar and outside restaurant also have a great view. Complimentary champagne is available in the lobby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that parking was valet at $22 per night which was not indicated when making reservations.'

'It had a very special vibe. Perfect for exploring Asheville. There were very purposeful social areas, which were always utilized. We were a group of 8 in 3 different rooms, so we used the upper loft area to socialize rather than congregate in a room.'

'Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise...
