Alloggio familiare situato nell’incantevole, tranquilla localita’ di Singlin di Sotto, in prossimita’ del paese di Paquier/Valtournenche, della stazione di funivia Cime Bianche e della maggior parte dei sentieri trekking piu’ belli dell’area. Perfettamente equipaggiato e in zona che costituisce il punto di partenza ideale per la settimana bianca, le vacanze di Natale/capodanno, o la settimana estiva di trekking in montagna.

Alloggio composto da ingresso/soggiorno con cucina abitabile, corridoio, camera da letto matrimoniale, camera da letto singola (letti a castello), bagno/doccia, balconi su cucina e camera da letto matrimoniale e camera da letto singola.

I posti letto sono i seguenti:
- Letto matrimoniale in camera da letto. ( 2 persone)
- Letto a castello (due posti) in camera da letto singola. (2 persone)
- Letto doppio in sofa/letto estraibile in soggiorno. (2 persone)
- Letto singolo in sofa/letto estraibile in soggiorno. (1 persona)

Dotato di:
- Cucina perfettamente attrezzata (frigo, piano a induzione quattro fornelli, forno elettrico, forno elettrico/microonde, lavatrice, piatti, pentolame, stoviglie, bicchieri, tazze ecc.)
- Televisione in soggiorno e in camera da letto doppia.
- Riscaldamento elettrico.
- Materassi elettrici riscaldabili su letto matrimoniale e letto a castello.
- Armadi esterni (balcone) per sci, scarponi e attrezzatura (sci, scarponi e attrezzatura associata vanno lasciati tassativamente engli appositi armadi esterni).

Altra attrezzatura:
- Ferro e piano da stiro.
- Stendipanni.

Ampio spazio per parcheggio libero nell’area.

- A 5 minuti a piedi (sentiero) o 5 in macchina (strada) dalla funivia Cime Bianche.
- A 10 minuti a piedi o 2 in macchina dal paese di Paquier/Valtournenche.
- A 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata (Bivio Losanche) del bus Cervinia/Chatillon.
- A 10 minuti in macchina da Cervinia.
- A 15 minuti in macchina da Maen e dalla stazione funivia per Chamois.
- A pochi passi dai piu’ incantevoli percorsi trekking nella zona (Loz, Crepin, Losanche, Plan de la Glaea, Cheperon, Brengaz, sentiero Plan de la Glaea per Gouffres des Busserailles ed altri).
- Balcone con vista panoramica sulla valle a Plan de la Glaea e Crepin.

Family home located in the enchanting and quiet area of Singlin di Sotto (lower Singlin), very close (walking distance) to the town of Paquier/Valtournenche, the funicular railway station for the Cime Bianche skiing centre, and all the prettiest trekking routes in the area. Perfectly equipped and located in an area which constitutes the ideal starting point for one’s skiing vacation, Christmas break or mountain trekking summer holiday.

The apartment consists of entrance to living room with fully equipped kitchenette, corridor to double bedroom, single bedroom with bunk bed (2 bedsits), WC/shower and with balconies to the living room and both bedrooms.

Bedsits are as follows:
- Double bed in double bedroom (2 persons).
- Bunk bed in single bedroom (2 persons).
- Sofa bed in the living room (2 persons).
- Single couch bed in the living room (1 person).


- Perfectly equipped kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer, induction hobs (4 hobs), electric oven, microwave oven with electric oven function, washing machine, plates, pads, stoves and cutlery).
- Televisions in living room and the double bedroom.
- Electric heating.
- Thermal electric heating bed mattress in the double bed and the bunk beds.
- External storage space (on balcony) for ski and skiing equipment (all skiing equipment must be stored in the storage spaces on the balcony).
- Ample parking space for free parking in the area.

- 5 minutes walking distance (5 minutes by car through the main road) to the funicular railway station to the Cime Bianche skiing centre, through a walking path (see maps and pictures).
- 10 minutes walking distance (5 minutes by car) to the town of Paquier/Valtournenche.
- 5 minutes walking distance from the bus stop (Bivio Losanche) for the bus to Breuil Cervinia and Chatillon.
- 10 minutes by car from the town and skiing resort of Cervinia.
- - 15 minutes by car from the funicular railway station to Chamois, and the beautiful village and lake of Maen.
- Short walking distance from the best trekking routes in the area).
