Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 25 m² cottage for rent in Valsemé, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely 14 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 14 m² living room with TV, dining area, and sleeping area with double sofa bed
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee maker
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Outside:
- A beautiful 6,000 m² shared garden with a fenced-off area, table and chairs
- A 40 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- Petanque court near the accommodation

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board, barbecue.

The accommodation is ideally located in Valsemé, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
- Learn to ride or improve your riding skills in a peaceful environment surrounded by nature.
- Go running on a variety of trails, between countryside and wooded paths, perfect for running.
- Explore the region by bike, taking advantage of the cycle paths and magnificent Normandy landscapes.
- Enjoy the beaches near Deauville and Cabourg for moments of relaxation, swimming, or walks by the sea.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the cottage's private outdoor parking lot (space for two vehicles).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Clean pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
