A 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath Valrico home for up to 12. The fenced backyard holds a private pool (optional heating), a poolside basketball court and a BBQ grill. Brandon Mall is 12 minutes away, Lithia Springs 18 and downtown Tampa or Busch Gardens about 30.

The open-concept living area, kitchen and dining space sit together at the heart of the house, so the group naturally gathers in one place. Out back, the fenced yard holds the pool, a poolside basketball court and a BBQ grill, which keeps everyone busy between outings. Shops and dining along the Brandon corridor are a few miles away.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
★ Setting: a quiet residential neighborhood in Valrico. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.
★ Pool heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, and the setting cannot be changed mid-stay.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths plus a half bath for up to 12. Four queen beds, two bunk beds and a sofa in the primary suite.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet, disclosed before arrival. Undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests; $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check; the booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.
★ Beach gear: chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available to rent; message us for pricing.
