Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the apartment located on the first floor. The ground floor is not occupied by the owners during the summer season, ensuring complete privacy.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic, making it ideal for children. It is set in the second row, just a 3-minute walk from the beach, and within immediate reach of shops, the casino, restaurants, and a Carrefour City supermarket.

The accommodation is located on the upper floor of a house comprising two independent apartments.

**Security deposit required:**

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property



Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
