'Disappointing stay—accessibility, safety, and breakfast issues
I stayed at this hotel with my elderly parents and requested a room close to the parking lot for accessibility reasons (properly, they don't have an elevator). Instead, we were placed on the top floor in the last room, and the hotel refused to change it.
During the night, there was a burning or electrical smell from the heat pump. I reported it, but the hotel still would not move us. Their only suggestion was to check out...

'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten.
Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'Breakfast was ok. Unfortunately it was very crowded and getting a waffle took too long. The set up was a bit awkward having to walk between tables full of other guests having their breakfast.
Otherwise the hotel is great for a one night stop. Very clean and the beds were comfy. Don't forget to pick up a cookie next to the ice water dispenser.'

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...
