'The a/c unit sweated and left water on the floor, but it wasn't a problem. Had room for me to walk the dog. Spoke with one lady who cleaned the rooms and she was very sweet. I took my broom and mop to keep our room clean and I even had my own towels and didn't use the ones provided.'

'The room was clean. The hotle was some what dated. I didn't like that they didn't have a pool.'

'First of all Hamilton, Ga., is a charming small town central to some of the nicest attractions in Georgia, i.e., Providence Canyon State Park (a MUST see), Warm Springs and the Little White House, Callaway Gardens, etc. From Don's greeting at the door upon arrival to looking forward to seeing Judy and Rosemary at breakfast our week long stay at Holly House was outstanding. We love staying at B&Bs when on vacation and this was as good as it gets. The variety at breakfast was excellent and...

'The property is nice, and I’d recommend staying 2–3 nights to fully enjoy the resort. Keep in mind there’s a $42 daily resort fee, and most extras cost more, including coffee and tea. We were even surprised that hot water wasn’t complimentary in the lobby. There is a Keurig in the room, but additional beverages and amenities come at an extra cost. Overall, it’s a nice place, but it’s worth knowing about these added fees before booking.'
