Lodges in Valley

'I wanted to leave 5 stars but the appearance of a roach as I was getting dressed to leave and the stains in the lampshade that was either blood or bug droppings stole the other two stars. I’ve stayed at many different places in my journeys and I understand what and what not to expect based on the type of property you book. This place was OK overall and if there was ever a need to be in this area briefly I’d consider them again. It’s close to food & the highway it was quiet and seemingly safe...

'Nothing fancy. Good solid quiet bed for a solo traveler. I was in town for a golf tournament. Didn’t need any amenities. It’s in walking distance to 3 restaurants and a family dollar store. (A block or two) '

'Rooms were not ready at check-in time. Lobby bathroom was gross with urine and feces. Our room had a strange odor. Understaffed restaurant at the resort. The cantina at the beach was unexpectedly closed. The main gate to the beach was closed causing a long drive to get lunch for our hungry children. The staff was friendly and the food was good when we finally got sat in the mostly empty dining room. The beds were comfortable. The scenery was nice. '

'Excellent place to stay while my house was being built'

'First of all Hamilton, Ga., is a charming small town central to some of the nicest attractions in Georgia, i.e., Providence Canyon State Park (a MUST see), Warm Springs and the Little White House, Callaway Gardens, etc. From Don's greeting at the door upon arrival to looking forward to seeing Judy and Rosemary at breakfast our week long stay at Holly House was outstanding. We love staying at B&Bs when on vacation and this was as good as it gets. The variety at breakfast was excellent and...
