Only complaint Microtel should remove the alarm clocks from the rooms they go off in the middle of the night and it's nearly impossible to figure out how to shut it off, I think the person in the next ended up smashing it. Everyone has an alarm on their cellphone »

« Check in was pleasant. The rep made us feel welcome and other staff even opened doors for us while coming inside. Our stay was good, the bathroom had a smell but it looked clean. All was well until the next morning around 9 AM house keeping knocked on the door saying she was just checking her rooms because their system was down. Not a big deal, I laid back down since check out was at 11. About 30 minutes later still in the 9 o'clock hour housekeeping came back to our room knocked on the door and...

« The breakfast was just ok, not exciting at all. The bathtub could have been cleaner when I got there and I still didn’t get my $125 back yet. Also I just bought a Pepsi (that’s all they have btw) and a coffee drink and I was charged over $20 for that. »
