'I loved the property and how it was set up. A few tiny things niggled me. The jacuzzi bath didn't have a stopper so couldnt use it as a bath. The shower wasnt cleaned properly, there was hairs all over. No other plugs for international guests. Some of the lights didnt work.'

'Our stay at Sapodilla cottage was lovely, relaxing, and hands down the best vacation I've experienced. 'This was a super well run holiday property, with great communication throughout and the property itself was extremely well kitted out and looked after. Our family had great fun using the new air fryer and a big thanks for getting in a smoothie blender. We do like to cook and found the kitchen really well provided for. 'The manager/owner, Hopal, lives on site and is very helpful. We accidently left our lights on in our car and ran the battery down, Hopal with the help of the neighbors got us a jump. The accomidations were clean, decorated well, full kitchen with cookware and bathroom with various shampoos and lotions. There was also a welcome basket with cookies, crackers, coffee, teas and candies. It made our stay very comfortable. We would stay here again.'

'This remote, beachfront hotel is great if you want solitude and peace and quiet. The beach itself is OK but there was a lot of debris. 'The home was large and comfortable, and we enjoyed several afternoons by the pool watching the hummingbirds — lovely place to sit out. Alastair and Hazel were very helpful and accommodating, we appreciated that very much. The house is in a great central location — close to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Along with this proximity to some neighboring nightspots, we did have some issues with noise late at night on the weekends.'
