In accordance with Malta Tourist Authority regulations, an environmental tax of €0.50 per person, per day is charged to all guests.

Please note, It is very important to close the umbrellas, fold the chairs, and lock the glass doors after you are no longer using them. This is because in Valletta, there are very strong winds, especially during the evening and night, which can carry these objects away and potentially hurt other people.

Elevator Use Guidelines:
Please note that the elevator can accommodate a maximum of 3 people at a time. Exceeding this limit may cause it to get stuck. Each person is allowed to carry one piece of luggage weighing up to 18 kg. If you have more luggage, please use the elevator in 2 or 3 separate trips. Any blockage or misuse of the elevator may result in additional fees.

If you require a baby cot or parking during your stay, we can arrange them for an additional charge of €15. Kindly inform us in advance to ensure that arrange before your arrival.
