After travelling for over 6 hours. We arrived at the key collection point at 14.05 should be told that access was only allowed after 14.30 and we could not have the key. On returning at 14.28 we were told we had to wait a further minutes. This is frankly, trivial, empty and not a good customer first experience.On entering the property, we found in one of the bedrooms.A dead cockroach, and it was evident that the floor had not been cleaned properly and there was evidence of mosquitoes in the bathroom. There we're kitchen packs and bathroom packs left.But it would have been better if there'd been some water left in the fridge.As the first thing we had to do was to go and get some. On the plus side, the beds were extremely comfortable.There was plenty of hot walker and the air conditioning work very well. The location was superb, as it's right in the centre of valencia and within walking distance of all main attractions. It seemed tonight that with a little more extra customer tlc experience would have been much better. For instance there was a coffee pod machine but no coffee.Oh, rule, we enjoyed our stove.Initial impression given by the key fiasco, left a sour taste in our mouths.
