Are you coming to visit Valencia? I invite you to stay at my house! You will be very comfortable thanks to its equipment and location. It has two bedrooms with 1.35m beds with viscoelastic mattresses, which will be prepared and dressed with clean sheets for when you come. There is also a "book" type sofa-bed in one of the bedrooms and a cheslong-style sofa-bed in the living room, which opens onto a comfortable and spacious 1.60m bed. The main bathroom has a shower and there is also an extra toilet with a toilet with a built-in bidet cleaning system. There is always shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, etc. The open kitchen to the living room and equipped with everything you need to cook, there you will find extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, spices .. There is a Dolche Gusto coffee machine for coffee lovers. There are enough lockers for you to keep your clothes and you will always find clean towels as well as extra bedding in case you need them. There are maps and prospects related to the city of Valencia and its surroundings so that it is easy for you to move around here. You have TV and broadband internet with WiFi. Building has an elevator and is located in a quiet street, next to all services, supermarkets, bakeries, greengrocers, metro and bus stops. Less than 10 minutes walking are in Cuidad de los Artes, in the marina of Valencia, 3 large shopping centers. Very close to the beaches, famous paella restaurants, etc. The metro is 5 minutes walk away and has a direct connection to the city center and airport. If you come by car, you can park on the street in front of the apartment. It has no blue zone. There is also a parking lot around the corner for 8eur 24 hrs. Zeer ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien op een perfecte locatie in Valencia. Strand, Turia park en binnenstad is makkelijk via OV of fiets te bereiken. Met airco wat gezien het warme weer ideaal was. De communicatie met de eigenaar was zeer goed, toen wij aankwamen kregen wij direct de sleutels. Ook verdere communicatie via whatsapp verliep snel en plezierig.

I'll would book again
Just before arriving, i could reach the agency. At the end I had to call, from that moment communication was fine. The place is clean. There is some supplies in the kitchen to use. Locationwise, use the bus to get into the city, beach is quite close. I would go stay here again.

Appartement is zoals op foto's, goede communicatie, sleuteloverdracht goed geregeld. Fietsverhuur in straat erachter, waardoor alles lekker bereikbaar is. Mooie stad. Geen verkeerslawaai, wel leefgeluiden van buren.

Ik had internet niet vernomen dat het huis zo goed was. Als je aankomt heb je noodzakelijk spullen thuis, zelfs eten. Je hoeft niet gelijk naar supermarkt rennen. Veel gebruiksgereedschappen zoals boodschappen tas. Het is fijn dat je gereedschap hebt. Schoon en grote huis. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is een bijzondere ervaring

Tastfully decorated and well equipped appartment, with everything within walking distance. We went by feet to the city center, via the Turia Gardens but the metro was also an option as it is very close. Irina is highly helpful. We also appreciated that we could enter already at 12.00 upon arrival (early flight in the morning).

Flat was prima. Wij vonden dat meer informatie over apparatuur (fornuis, magnetron) en de beste manier om naar bijvoorbeeld naar het strand te gaan ontbrak. Wij kwamen naar Valencia terug voor 3e maal en zijn gericht op het strand Las Arenas. Kan zijn dat er ook geschikte stranden zijn, maar dat weten we niet standaard en het is aan te bevelen dat mee te nemen in het informatie boek. Tot onze spijt waren er nog geen strandbedjes. Dat was eerst per 1 juni. De informatie over Valencia waren uitsluitend standaard folders. Ik raad een boek aan met informatie. Huurders moeten die wel in tact laten en anders een extra kopie als service. Voor persoonlijke redenen moesten wij eerder weg. Dat had niets met de flat te maken. Overigens het beste met de verhuur en saluut aan het wel heel fijne Valencia.

La comunicación con la propietaria y la entrega de llaves fue perfecta. Laura me entregó las llaves y me explicó cómo funcionaban los electrodomésticos. También me indicó donde hacer compra, la ubicación del metro, cosas para visitar, etc... fue muy comunicativa y agradable en todo momento. El piso corresponde exactamente al anuncio. Es muy grande, con dos dormitorios amplios. Las camas eran cómodas, tanto los colchones como las almohadas. El aire acondicionado en salón y dormitorio principal se agradeció mucho porque hizo mucho calor a finales de agosto. La cocina está bien equipada con electrodomésticos: nevera, horno, microondas, lavadora, cafetera, tetera, tostadora. No hay lavavajillas, pero tampoco nos importó porque comimos siempre fuera. También está equipada con vajilla, cubertería, sartenes, etc. Encontramos un surtido de aceite, vinagre, sal, azúcar, té. En general nos resultó muy cómoda la estancia. A destacar la buena comunicación tanto en metro (a menos de 5 minutos andando) como en autobús (numerosas líneas pasan por la puerta). Como puntos negativos había un olor desagradable a cañerías al entrar en el portal del edificio, pero ese olor no se percibe en la quinta planta donde está ubicado el piso. Además a veces se oía la televisión del vecino que tenía el volumen muy alto.

Never ever had the chance to stay at such a nice, clean modern and big aparmtnet. The communication went smooth aswell and the host was very nice. The apartment is near the habour and beach area with lots of markets near by. We would book again.

The property itself was very spacious, clean and well stocked. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and there was a full kitchen with all appliances. In general the location was good for accessing family friendly attractions such as the aquarium, but, the flat was extremely noisy. The next door neighbour had the TV playing at full volume all day late into the night, and on Friday there was a LOT of noise on the street below. I took ear plugs so managed to sleep ok, but the noise was significant. Also, I received a message from the host a few days before asking for an estimated time of arrival. We organised our train tickets to arrive at the allocated check in time of 4pm (later than most places, usually it's 2-3pm) and let the host know. I then received a message the night before from the key holder to say she couldn't hand the keys over until 5 meaning we would have had to hang around for over an hour. My husband phoned her and they came to an agreement that she would come back earlier to give us the keys which we were very grateful for. So overall, the apartment was very nice, clean and spacious, but the noise and stress about checking in impacting our stay.

Es una casa acogedora, Laura nos hizo el seguimiento para la llegada, la señora que nos recibió nos llevo hasta el apartamento y nos dió dos juegos de llaves. Por decir algo malo, es el aparcamiento pero con unas vueltas al final encuentras, por lo demás todo genial! la casa acogedora, teniendo a nuestro alcance todo lo necesario y lo que fuimos a visitar todo cerca.

Mega schöne Wohnung und gute Lage!!
Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt-ein paar meter qeiter gab es einen einkaufsladen mehrere Bushaltestellen sowie eine bahnstation. Die Nachbarn waren teilweise sehr laut - aber ich glaube dass das normal ist. Es gibt schlimmeres! Die besitzerin bzw due dame die uns due Schlüssel gegeben hat war sehr nett und wohnte 2 Wohnungen weiter. Der aufzug war hilfreich- wenn er funktioniert hat ;-) wir haben uns einmal ausgeschlossen- irina hat sich sofort um einen schlüsseldienst gekümmert- perfekt!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Notre séjour à Valencia
Tout d’abord je tiens à signaler l’état impeccable de l’appartement et la disponibilité de la propriétaire ainsi que la voisine qui gère la remise des clés. Les instructions sont claires et l’arrivée est rapide. L’appartement dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour deux semaines de voyage. Très bien situé et desservie en transports en commun, idéale pour se rendre à la plage comme en ville. Épicerie ouverte tous les jours et pharmacie dans la rue. Si je dois donner un petit point négatif ça serait l’isolation du bâtiment mais pas de bruit la nuit ou pendant la sieste de l’après midi. Je recommande ce logement ! ☺️
