'Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! '

'Beautiful spot, but difficult to access without a rental car. We were travelling on foot/train/bus and we had to rely solely on the 2 or 3 taxis in the township. The walk was ok downhill, but very arduous going back (We're in our 70's). We chose Varenna as it much more affordable than Ballagio, and the views are simply breathtaking. 'The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay in Varenna. It is located very close to the local bars and restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the train station. 'Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße. Im Vorfeld hat man viele Informationen erhalten, sodass man alles schnell gefunden hat. Die Unterkunft selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, relativ rustikal eingerichtet, das Sofa ist leider komplett durchgesessen. Es ist viel Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Wir hatten einige Probleme mit den Steckdosen, der Stecker der Waschmaschine passt nicht in die Steckdose....
