Beautiful East Vail Townhome - Super convenient location!

Beautiful Courtside Townhome, located in East Vail. Only a few steps to the free town of Vail bus stop. Spacious, clean and bright. Nice open floor plan. Living room has a large screen tv and fireplace. Smart tvs in both living room and master bedroom.
This townhome has three large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 max. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, twin over a queen. There is also a twin trundle bed under the bunk bed. The 3rd bedroom has one queen size bed. There is a full bath close by that the 2nd and 3rd bedroom share. Also a half bath located off the kitchen and living room area. There is no AC in the townhome, we do not normally need it in the mountains. There are ceiling fans in most rooms and portable fans if needed.
Parking available for two vehicles maximum. One vehicle can park in the smaller one car garage and one vehicle can park in the driveway.
Enjoy the beautiful East Vail neighborhood anytime of year. Bike path, river, waterfalls, park and playground all close by.



As a reminder, we provide some toiletries at the property. There will be at least two or three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. A roll or two of paper towels and some tissues provided. After that we ask guests to replenish the supplies they need. We do not replenish these supplies during your stay.

We also provide some condiments for your convenience. Coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper, salad dressings etc. Feel free to use and if possible, please pay it forward to the next guest and replace any condiments that you run out of.
