'Staff was not knowledgeable about what was required at the check-in and kept blaming Expedia for the goof ups. I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. I had my Drivers license, Passport copy and also my Pan card and they insisted they needed my Adhar card only and at that point we insisted that if they wanted anything specifically they should have listed that...

'Room and linen was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. For reasons unknown vehicles have to be parked outside the premises at Owner's Risk. For a premium hotel that is not really encouraging. And I was the only guest with a car. Earlier it was allowed to park inside. This is my first hotel which has check out by 10 am. Rather unusual.'

'Excellent.'

'Nice hotel, good quality'

'clean room'

'Room was very nice and clean. Food in the restaurant was very flavorful, not too spicy and selection in the buffet was extensive. Staff was incredible and went out of their way to provide everything that I needed and sometimes more than what I had asked!'

'The food was bland and not appetizing. The breakfast was good, the staff on Reception was very argumentative over even simple requests, kept nagging us while breakfast and also on the occupancy details like my kids age even after booking an executive Suite. The Mgr had to intervene to keep the Staff professional. This hotel left a bad taste and worst first impression. Please avoid this if you can.'

'Staff and overall everything was great.'
