'Every aspect of our stay was amazing. Two of the hosts - Michele and Ivan met us at the front door, and insisted on carrying our bags upstairs. They then sat us down for coffee and canolo, before explaining what sights we should see in Palermo. The room was immaculate, and even though we were unable to partake because of our schedules, the breakfast options looked amazing. On our first morning, Janna had some pastries for us to take with us (every other morning, we were out the door way too...

Accoglienza e staff. Discreti e altamente professionali, ma soprattutto genuinamente gentili e...

'The room was very nice, everything was clean and looked new. The bathroom and shower are very nice, new, and clean. We did not meet the staff in person but communicated via messaging, which was convenient- quick and easy to understnd responses to my questions. '

'Staff was a bit rude, and unhelpful. Actually not great at all.'

'The property was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good and inexpensive, and the location was perfect, very close to all amenities'

'Nice and clean room,'

'Prima accomodatie in het centrum met parkeerplaats. Prima uitgebreid ontbijt.

'By far, the best hotel in Palermo. The Teatro Massimo suite was gorgeous. I didn’t want to leave! I had a lot of heavy luggage and traveling solo and the staff helped me with my bags and did not charge me a late check out fee. The room had everything and even came with a flat iron. lol I was in heaven. Grazie mille per tutti, Rosy!'

'I was upgraded from a studio to an apartment suite with a big balcony. The accomodation is comfortable and safe (which is important to me, as a female solo traveler). The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I forgot a few items when I left and they have been of great service to help me get them picked up by a courier. The only minus point to me was the location. The neighbourhood felt safe and people were nice. However it seems like the municipality doesn’t maintain its sidewalks properly.'
