It was fabulous. We could not have come at a better time. We loved the coziness, as well as as the friendly people we met.We do not drink and so we did not experience the wineries, but I’m sure they were fabulous.

It was really a nice stay. For an open floor plan you still had plenty of privacy. There are plenty of options for food and beverages and ice cream in walking distance.Utica is a friendly community, we stayed for 3 nights and checked out the state parks, did lots of hiking. It was a great spot to come back to and relax, the mattress was awesome, was able to get a great night's sleep!!!

Utica is a super cute, comfy vibe little town. The Mill Street loft #2 is right in the heart of the downtown. Parking is ample and a short walk to the loft. Everything is as pictured. The decor is top notch. And a cozy vibe. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Just to note, there are quite of a bit of stairs to get to the loft upstairs. We heard a little noise from the Main Street but by 10:00 PM on a Saturday night, it was very quiet. Good communication with the host. I highly recommend staying here!

Cute, trendy, studio appartment

Had a wonderful trip. This apartment is set up nicely. It overlooks the street that is blocked off for outdoor eating at the local restaurants. The shower is HUGE. It was a great anniversary getaway spot for my husband and I. We ate at some of the local spots, hiked in the parks, explored local towns. Everything was so convenient. Highly recommend!

The property was a great find. Everything was upscale from vintage wood floors, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, black accent walls, tile fireplace, huge tiled shower and all of the accessories were the finishing touch. Even the stairway to the apartment welcomed you with the same finishes of the unit. All the details make this a property you'll want to return to.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, spotless, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The location in Utica was perfect, close to everything yet in a quiet and relaxing setting. I’m really happy with the stay. The space was perfect- quaint and well equipped. The area was close to bars and Starved Rock. I’m eating clean this month, so there wasn’t a lot of food options within walking distance. However, I would’ve been excited to have a cheat meal in the neighborhood. This was my first time in Peru. I’d go back and stay here in a heartbeat. .

Wonderful place

Great place in the small downtown of N Utica. Couldn't get a room at Starved Rock so we pivoted to here and were so glad. Much better than the rooms at SRSP. We ate at the Skoog's Pub right next door (it was New Years Eve and I was worried about noise - not an issue at all) and had coffee and a breakfast sandwich at a cute coffee shop across the street. Everything was great except the check in - VRBO hadn't communicated with Kelly that we we staying. She came down right away and let us in. Really nice place.

Perfect little weekend getaway!

We love staying in the quiet little town of Utica. Only an hour from home and we go once or twice a year. This is the first time we’ve stayed at this apartment and we already booked our next stay here. Very cute and clean and the perfect location! Would highly recommend this spot!
